Lauren

Operations Manager

As the queen of the hotel, of course it’s only right that firstly we say hello to Operations Manager Lauren. When she’s not taking the helm and making sure that every guest experience is one where family memories are made, you can find her walking on the beautiful Cornish beaches with her dog Percy.

Claudia

Deputy Manager

Second in command, Claudia truly believe that happiness is contagious and thrives on seeing others smile, grow, and feel inspired to become the best version of themselves. Naturally positive and full of energy, she approaches life with an open heart and an open mind, always ready to embrace new experiences. Outside of work, she is adventurous and driven by a love of thrills, having taken on experiences such as skydiving, paragliding, and bungee jumping!

Adam

Deputy Manager

Adam is passionate about creating great experiences for our guests and supporting the team to deliver exceptional service every day. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring the beautiful Cornish coastline, photography, and discovering new local cafés for their toasties. It’s a great way to relax and stay inspired.

Jade

Reception Manager

It’s safe to say Jade has well and truly caught the hospitality bug. She thrives on a challenge, and being at the heart of the hotel on reception is very much her bread and butter. Nothing motivates Jade more than a problem waiting to be solved. When she’s not busy helping guests, you’ll often find Jade out and about with her dog, Cooper or curled up with a good blanket, with candles and her Kindle.

James

Restaurant Manager

James is a motivated and energetic individual with a strong work ethic and a positive outlook. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active and embracing new experiences. You’ll often find him swimming, heading to the gym, or taking long walks exploring new places. When it’s time to slow down, he enjoys reading and treating himself to great food, and is always on the lookout for memorable meals and experiences.
