With a new look and an exciting vibrant food and beverage concept for all-day dining on the horizon, Cove Restaurant will become the hub for foodies during stays at The Esplanade. Guests can enjoy a menu of location-influenced dishes, catering to all tastes, to enjoy whilst soaking up the stunning seascapes of the famous Fistral Beach morning, noon and night. Wake to a morning classic of Eggs Benedict, stop for a convenient Antipasti sharing board at lunch, tuck into a Cornish seafood linguine and complete your evening with a mouth-watering warm chocolate brownie; the new Esplanade Cove Restaurant menu offers relaxed dining, convenient to all.

We’re also taking on a new approach to dining as we’ll be offering a flexible dining package. Guests will be allocated a monetary amount for each day of their stay for food, meaning they can use this on lunch, light bites, afternoon tea, supper or dinner, depending on their individual plans and family members.

With this new concept in place, dining becomes a lot easier as we know that not everyone is on the same schedule when it comes to eating in, so we won’t be restricting guests with certain times to eat.
