Winter Wonderland - The Esplanade Hotel

With the kids back at school and the Cornish Coast growing ever so chilly, the Esplanade Hotel Newquay is the perfect base for a romantic escape for two.

The winter winds are creeping in across the Cornish seaside and there truly is not a better time to plan a small getaway with the one that you love. Have a long morning in one of our sea-facing rooms while watching the stormy waves cascade across Fistral Beach from the comfort of your bed. Enjoy a sumptuous breakfast in our Cove restaurant before heading out to explore our playground - whether that be wandering the South West Coastal Path or by testing your bravery and taking a swim in the wintry Atlantic waters.

Just when the low temperatures become a bit too much, retire for the evening back into our cosy hotel where you and your partner will have a wide array of activities available to help you warm up. Take a seat in our private cinema with a warm bucket of popcorn and snuggle up to watch a film together or step into our leisure area to enjoy our indoor heated pool, hot tub, and sauna. And as the evening grows darker find your way to our adults-only cocktail bar, Elements where you can sip on one of our signature cocktails as you warm yourselves by the merrily-cracking fire.
