With her creative flair and endless ideas, Liv turns every activity into an adventure. Where do you want to travel one day?
I would love to travel to Australia and visit the Great Barrier Reef for a snorkel ! I’ve always wanted to backpack the East Coast or maybe do a camper van road trip.
What is your favourite kid’s activity that keeps them entertained?
Kids love to just get messy! So I think that the beach arts and crafts are my favourite to do with them, whether it’s making seashell necklaces or hanging jellyfish decorations. Then when they’re finished, they’ll be happy to sit and draw and colour for ages. I love seeing their creations, they’re always all so unique and beautiful.
What does your perfect Cornish meal look like?
It’s not necessarily a meal, but I do love a Cornish pasty. Specifically the veggie curry one from Rose’s bakery in town, I don’t know what they put into it to make it so good, but it’s delicious. Especially with a coffee down at the harbour.
Out of the seven beaches in Newquay, which is your favourite?
I grew up spending my summer and Easter holidays in Newquay, and all of our beach days would be spent on Crantock, so it will always hold a special place in my heart! But of course I also love Fistral, for the surf and beach bar.
