As your loyalty grows, so do the perks. We have introduced a tier system where members can ascend through three statuses and unlock exclusive benefits: Bronze (earn 1 point per £1 spent), Silver (earn 1.5 points per £1 spend), and Gold (earn 2 points per £1 spent).

How it works

1. Register online at Philema Rewards or enquire at reception, link your bank card and receive a £10 welcome sign-up voucher.
2. Collect a loyalty card or download our app to keep easy track of your points.
3. Earn points every time you book direct to stay, spa, dine, golf or drink. You’ll earn 1 point when using your registered payment card to settle your bill for every £1 you spend.
4. Redeem your points and convert them to experience vouchers, allowing you to stay, dine, drink, spa and golf at any of our hotels. You can keep these vouchers to yourself, or gift them to family, a friend or a colleague.
